Wedding Packages & Investments
Wedding Coordinator - $1200 +gst
The “Wedding Coordinator” package means we run the day for you after you planned everything and then facilitate the day however you would like. This package also offers 2 hours for the day before for rehearsal and includes the following. NOTE: Decor not included but can be added
~ 1-2 Hour initial consult
~ 2 hour consult after booking to confirm major details
- 2 hour consult (week before wedding to finalize wedding details); includes drawing up Day Of Timeline
- 2 hour rehearsal coordination
- 10-12 hours for Wedding Day. Includes facilitating the flow of the whole day and being the direct contact for all communication between vendors, mc, DJ and guests, as well as set up of decor provided or rented.

Package 2 - $3000 +gst
Includes but not limited to
- All Day of Coordination as listed above - ensures the whole day is ran smoothly and on time and according to the couple’s wishes (10-12hours)
- ALL DECOR IS INCLUDED - see gallery for examples of decor available.
- Weekly consults for planning (including vendor recommendations, price shopping, creating and maintaining a budget, sourcing all items needed for your perfect day)
- Day before set up and decorating - 10-12 hours
- Planner Coordinates Rehearsal day before
- Delivery of Flowers or other items needing to be transported for the day of.
- Transportation of all decor items (both from bride and planner if required).
- NOTE: Additionally there is 10 hours of DIY time to create signs or make any decor items the bride or groom would love to see at their wedding (supplies not provided)

Package 3 - $3600 +gst
Includes but not limited to
- Unlimited availability for consults for planning (including vendor recommendations, price shopping, creating and maintaining a budget, sourcing all items needed for your perfect day)
- NOTE: Additionally there is 30 hours of DIY time to create signs or make any decor items the bride or groom would love to see at their wedding (supplies generally not provided unless on hand)
- All Day of Coordination as listed above - ensures the whole day is ran smoothly and on time and according to the couple’s wishes (10-12hours)
- ALL DECOR IS INCLUDED - see gallery for examples of decor available.

Please note that packages 2 & 3 includes all of our decor at no extra cost. Some items we do not carry will include table runners, linens, chairs (unless smaller than 20 people) and place settings (plates/cups/silverware).
